What to know before your appointment:

Facial Treatments: Please stop the use of any active ingredients (retinol, AHA exfoliants, hydroquinone) 72 hours prior to your treatment. Please take a picture or write down your morning and night skin care regimen to bring to your appointment.

​

Keravive Treatments: Please come with clean hair. It is recommended that you wash your hair within 24 hours of your appointment.

Running Late?

Product Returns and
Exchanges

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. For emergency situations, please text or call ASAP. No-call No-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services. 

Please call us in the event you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. In the event we do not reschedule, your treatment time will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client.

There are no money-back returns for products purchased at Skinformation Esthetics. You can exchange the unopened item for a product equal to or lesser than another product. In the event of a skin reaction, please email skinformation.esthetics@gmail.com with pictures of the reaction and we will discuss options with you.
